Mr.Nasr Abou Al Abbas
He is the Chairman and founder of PIB. He is an expert on accounting and tax planning & advisory in Egypt and the MENA region. He currently serves as a Partner and Managing Director at Morrison KSi (Public Accountants & Consultants) in Egypt. He is the Chairman of the Egyptian Society for Corporate Governance and Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Association for Public Finance & Taxes. He is also a registered expert and member of the Egyptian Capital Market Association, American Chamber of Commerce, Egyptian Economic Court, CBE, Egyptian Capital Market Association, Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, Egyptian Modernization Center, Egyptian Mortgage Finance Association, Central Auditing Agency, Association of Chartered Accountants in London, Egyptian Association for Public Finance & Tax Center and Arab Organization for Accounting experts, among numerous other reputable institutions in the field.
Mr. Ahmed Nasr
joined PIB in 2008 and has since managed several high-value financial advisory and investment banking deals. Prior to that he was a senior executive at Grant Thornton International, where his work was mostly focused on valuation and feasibility studies.
Mr. Nasr began his career at Kaverner, a leading multinational in the field of construction and large-scale infrastructure, at which he held several positions in finance and corporate planning. He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce, Egyptian Association for Public Finance & Taxes, Egyptian Capital Market Association and the Egyptian Society for Corporate Governance. He holds a Bsc. in Commerce & Foreign Trade from Helwan University and an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.
Mr. Mahmoud Fouada
He has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial and investment analysis, Stock Market and accounting through working in different firms.
Mahmoud worked at FEP Capital , Solutions, First, Eagle and many other firms.
During his Career in Investment banking and Independent Financial Advisory (IFA), Mahmoud successfully closed numerous Transactions in many industries.
Mahmoud graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University.
Mahmoud acquired an MBA degree in Business from ESLSCA University, and currently obtaining Charter Financial Analyst certificate, CFA.
Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Monem
Managing Director of Promotion and Coverage Affairs Holds a diploma in investment and finance. Member of the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors. Fellow of the Egyptian Association for Public Finance and Taxes. Member of the Egyptian Association for Corporate Governance.
